Our digital projects connect young people with their peers, employers, and the local community on rewarding projects that serve a real-world purpose in organisations via Tech Labs and on our Enterprise Academy, within the SkillBase Programme.

What to Expect!

  • Our learning teams will meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm, to work with their peers and for real-world solutions to real problems.
  • Throughout the project, students and young people will learn about the Microsoft Power Platform and develop core digital, business and marketing, teamwork and interpersonal skills, alongside peers and supporting industry experts
  • A chance to present your work and the final product, to you client, other stakeholders and industry experts.

Anyone aged between 14 and 17 (school years 8 to 13) are welcome to join our SkillBase Programme

Our next SkillBase Projects starts Tuesday, 13th May at 5pm and runs online for 8 weeks, ending 10th July.

Spring 2025 – three projects and around 100 young people

Exciting plans for 2025

We have three full SkillBase projects in the development frame for the Spring Term 2025.

  • An extension project for Milton Keynes.
  • A new project for Chesham and area sponsored by Chesham Community Board.
  • A groundbreaking project working with Care-Leavers across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes (this is a year-round project)

Summer 2025 – 1 Online SkillBased Project & 2 Extra Special Tech Labs

More expansion as we move towards the summer break!

We will continue to expand the SkillBase Programme and this will include projects in:

  • Buckinghamshire Online SkillBase Programme - starting date Tuesday 13th May 2025 - for 8 weeks
  • Buckinghamshire Tech Lab - Week Commencing 30th June 2025
  • Manchester Tech Lab - Week Commencing 16th June 2025
